Born and raised in Southern California, Teryn spent most of her time trying not to get sunburned while hiking through the San Jacinto Mountains. She went on to earn her BFA (honors) in Acting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in the Experimental Theatre Wing (ETW), and has trained with the Matt Farnsworth Vocal Studio in musical theatre and contemporary singing since 2014. Teryn then transplanted to her natural climate in London to attend LAMDA’s Masters in Classical Acting, where she was selected as a semi-finalist for the prestigious Fulbright John Wood LAMDA Award.

Teryn is an experienced outdoorswoman, and when not acting or producing, she can be found backpacking, hiking, and generally mountaineering around the world. She considers herself a nerd of all sorts; a lover of whisky, books, winning arguments, and traveling.
